"Leading groups in a lively fashion – how is it done? Get to know and experience Theme-Centered Interaction"

During this weekend, participants can:

• Get to know TCI by learning about the basics
• Experience, observe and reflect on examples of group processes
• Think through their own wishes and expectations with respect to good group leadership

All those interested are welcome to participate – whether they have personal experience in leading groups or not.

This course is not a replacement for the decision workshop, which is a component of basic training.
